With no sharp edges this snag free design prevents the tangling of the rifle with the shooters sling, molle gear or other kit. The cheek weld is more pronounced-SOPMODE type.The modular VBOST (Vehicle Borne Operations Sling Tab) interfaces with the shooters riggers band or bungee to secure the shooters sling against the stock when the carbine is not in use. Increasingly, this is the most common application when operating inside a vehicle. It has 2 different types of ambidextrous sling mounting options, including QD swivel sockets and an integrated color matched rubber butt pad for secure shoulder placement, along with increased durability. With its simple modular design and 5 parts, and 1 screw its allows for modular adaption of future stock options and configurations.
